These individuals embody the spirit of generosity, working behind the scenes to make a positive difference. Without their efforts, many of Poetic Future's initiatives would not be possible. Their willingness to serve reminds us of the power of community, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

Evan C.

Founder and President

Evan, a senior in New Jersey, withholds a deep passion for literature and creative writing. He serves as a senior editor for both The Parker Roads Review and Sonder, where he aims to mentor writers and elevate emerging voices.

His love for writing has also led him to the Kenyon Young Writers Workshop as well as recognition from Scholastic Arts and Writing, where he honed, crafted, and created a multitude of creative pieces. Evan’s work has been published in the Emergence Journal, Eunoia Review, and Infinite Blues Review, among other literary outlets.

These experiences reflect his commitment to both personal expression and the larger literary community. Looking ahead, Evan plans to study English, Creative Writing, or Comparative Literature in college, continuing to expand his voice as both a writer and an editor.

I am a high school junior and I'm interested in English and history. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at my local food pantry and tutoring kids in underserved communities. I believe everyone should strive to make a positive impact on others.

I am a high school junior and I teach financial literacy to teens at my local library. Whether I'm helping at the food bank, organizing park clean-ups, or mentoring younger kids, I am always eager to give back.
